One of the world's most advanced commercial airliners, the Airbus A350 XWB entered service with Qatar Airways in January of 2015. It is the first Airbus to be constructed largely of carbon fiber-reinforced polymer. The aircraft currently operates in five nations and, as of March 2016, only 19 have been built.
This 1/500 scale, die cast model is a replica of the aircraft's third prototype draped in its striking "carbon" livery. It features simulated cockpit and cabin windows, realistic Trent XWB engine details, and extended landing gear with free-rolling wheels. Arrives ready to display. Measures approximately 5" long with a 5" wingspan.
