An experimental dive bomber conceived by the Germans late in the war, the BV P178 was to feature an unusual configuration with the Jumo engine set under the wing on the starboard side of the fuselage.
Equipped with a fuselage-mounted BT700 guided torpedo, this 1/72 scale plastic kit of the proposed Luftwaffe warplane features engraved panel lines, a see-through canopy, a signature asymmetrical 004B turbojet engine, authentic markings, and numerous photo-etched parts. Assembly required. Skill level 3. Measures approximately 5½" long with a 7" wingspan.
