Produced in 1984, the F-15J Eagle belonged to the 7th Wing of the 305th Squadron while they were based at Hyakuri. Located near a park covered in plum trees, the squadron's base was on top of a Hinomaru (Red Sun Disc) and it's used for their emblem. In order to honor their 50th Anniversary of the JASDF's formation, the 305th Squadron gave the F-15J a special paint scheme with a magnificent pattern of plum blossoms all over the entire aircraft.
This 1/72 scale, die cast model is a Hobby Master hand-painted replica of an F-15J Eagle, as it appeared with the JASDF on their 50th Anniversary in 2004, features engraved panel lines, optional-position landing gear, an opening canopy with crew figure, authentic pad-printed markings, and a display stand. 10½" long.
