A self-propelled gun used primarily in the anti-tank role, the ISU-122 was fielded by the Soviets in World War II. It featured the same hull as the IS-2, giving it high-performance armor and, though it wasn't very accurate, its 122mm main gun was also very powerful. After the war, a number were refitted as rocket launchers with many unaltered versions remaining in service until 1960.
Made by Hobby Master, this 1/72 scale, die cast model is a reproduction of an ISU-122S as it appeared with Russian forces in 1944 Poland. It features textured surface details, side-mounted accessories, a rotating turret (with a realistic 122mm cannon), quality tracks, and a display base with a removable plastic cover. Measures approximately 4½" long.
