With almost a thousand in production, the Tornado is one of the most popular and versatile aircrafts in any air force. Established by the tri-nation ingenuity of the Panavia Aircraft Company (Britain, Italy, and West Germany), the Tornado is primarily used for low-altitude strike missions, but also has in-air attack capabilities.
This limited edition, 1/72 scale, die cast model — a replica of a Tornado Mk. 3 as it appeared with the RAF No. 43 "Fighting Cocks" Squadron — features that aircraft's signature tail artwork, engraved surface details, a glazed canopy, extended landing gear, a detailed engine exhaust, authentic markings, and a display stand. Measures approximately 9¼" long with a 7¾" wingspan.
