With three adversary training program locations, including Tyndall AFB in Florida, Langley AFB in Hampton, Virginia, and Holloman AFB in Arizona, the U.S. Air Force has 508 T-38 Talon trainer aircraft in operation. The T-38 (67-14833 MSN T6029) began as an "A" variant, before it was changed into a "C" with an upgraded engine and system components.
