USS Oriskany (CV-34) Kit
Ordered in August 1942, the USS Oriskany was an Essex-Class carrier that entered service after World War II, in the fall of 1950. Known as the "O-Boat," she served primarily in the Pacific through the 1970s — earning battle stars for action in both Korea and Vietnam. Uniquely, she was sunk in 2004 in the Gulf of Mexico and used to make an artificial reef.
Replicating the U.S. warship, this 1/530 scale plastic kit features a detailed superstructure, a realistic deck, numerous aircraft models, lifeboats, authentic markings, and a display stand. Assembly required. Skill level 3. Measures approximately 20½" long.
