|A-4F Skyhawk 1/72 Die Cast Model|
U.S. Navy "Blue Angels," Pensacola NAS, Florida
The U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron "Blue Angels" replaced the powerful F-4J Phantom II in 1974 with the nimble McDonnell Douglas A-4F Skyhawk II, which was more aerobatic and allowed tighter display in front of an audience.
Replicating the #3 A-4F Skyhawk II flown by the "Blue Angels" from 1974-86, this limited edition, 1/72 scale, die cast Corgi model features textured surfaces, a glazed canopy and a pilot figure in the cockpit, a refueling probe, optional position landing gear, authentic markings, and more. Measures 6¾" long with a 4¾" wingspan and includes a display stand.
