| Wedell-Williams Racer 1/32 Kit
Among the most successful of the Golden Age racers, Wedell-Williams Model 44 monoplanes won the Bendix Trophy races in 1932, '33 and '34, and, in 1933, set the world speed record of 305.33 miles per hour at the International Air Race in Chicago.
Replicating the famous Wedell-Williams Model 44, of which only four were built, this revised and re-issued, 1/32 scale, plastic kit features textured surfaces, a glazed canopy, detailed landing gear spats, monofilament rigging, and a choice of three markings: Roscoe Turner's #121 (1933 Bendix winner), Jim Haizlip's #92 (1932 Bendix winner) and Jimmie Wedell's #44. 9½" wingspan; assembly required. #0009218 Price: $28.95
