Bell UH-1B Iroquois "Huey" 1/18 Model


The UH-1B "Huey" - powered by a single turbo shaft engine with a two-bladed main rotor and tail rotor - was designed to provide air mobility and fulfill multiple tasks, including troop transport, airborne battlefield command and control, troop insertion/extraction, fire support coordination, search and rescue, armed escort/visual reconnaissance, medical ambulance, and gun ship and fire support.

A replica of "Ace of Spades," a UH-1B Huey flown by the 174th Assault Helicopter Company "Sharks," U.S. Army, during the Vietnam War, this limited edition, 1/18 scale, plastic model features engraved panel lines and simulated rivets; a fully outfitted cockpit and cabin with clear windows; opening doors; a 40mm gun nose and two 7-inch rocket pods; realistic landing skids; authentic markings, including "shark's mouth" nose art; and more. Over 28" long with a 32" rotorspan; minor assembly required.
