Designed to provide greater anti-tank capability to Cromwell tank squadrons, the A34 Comet was equipped with a powerful 77mm HV, proving effective against German Panzers. More than 1,100 units were manufactured and some exported units continued to be used into the 1980s.

This 1/72 scale, Hobby Master, die cast model of the Comet tank features textured surfaces, an elevating gun, realistic tracks, authentic South African Defense Force markings from the 1960s, and a display base with a removable plastic cover. Measures approximately 3½" long.
