The ROCAF started receiving their single-seat RF-5Es in August of 1997 to replace the old RF-104G. Converted by Singapore Aerospace and given the name "Tigergazer," they removed the existing radar and one M39 cannon as well as extended the nose 8 inches. Eventually, this RF-5E was established at Taoyuan under the control of the 8th Tactical Fighter Group.
This 1/72 scale, die cast model is a Hobby Master replica of the RF-5E from the Royal Saudi Air Force. It features engraved panel lines, a rotating propeller, a well-equipped cockpit, authentic markings, and a display stand. Measures 8" long with a 4½" wingspan.
