Detailed Description

On June 19, 2017, the Su-27 Flanker B "Red 93" intercepted a USAF RC-135U. Conducted at high speed, the maneuver performed by the aircraft was within 20 feet of the RC-135, a very unsafe situation for both of them. Red 93 wears the markings of the VMF Rossia (Volga Military Fleet) since it's a naval aircraft. It also bears a red banner that symbolizes a guard badge for its elite status as far back as Tsarist times.

This 1/72 scale, die cast model is a Hobby Master replica of a Su-27 Flanker B, as it appeared as "Red 93" of the Russian Navy Baltic Fleet in June 2017, features engraved panel lines, optional-position landing gear, an opening canopy with a pilot figure, a well-equipped cockpit, a professionally hand painted scheme, authentic markings, and a display stand. Measures 12" long with a 8" wingspan.
