The Panavia Tornado was a joint effort between the UK, West Germany and Italy to create a dual-engine aircraft with variable-sweep wings. The Tornado took its first flight on August 14, 1974 with the first aircraft being delivered to the German Air Force on July 27, 1979.
Designed with markings from the JaBoG 34 Allgau, this 1/72 scale, Hobby Master, die cast model recreates the Tornado IDS. It includes landing gear, an adjustable canopy, pilot figures, a detailed cockpit, surface details, a cannon, missiles, bombs, an accurately detailed underside, and a display stand. Measures 9½" long with a 4½" wingspan.
